Team Lead - Claims - Hybrid Position

Apply for this positionResponsibilities:
- Set team priorities based on management feedback and direct team members to achieve team objectives by exercising regular follow up and feedback to team members;
- Assist in preparing and delivering the Performance Management Process according to schedule for Reinsurance Analysts;
- Work with management to address personnel related issues with team members;
- Provide training and answering questions on the more complex processing issues;
- Explore methods of increasing team productivity and efficiency in completing tasks;
- Integrate team into a culture of synergy partnerships within the department.
