Description

When you join our team, you'll be responsible for performing all types of transactions in the in-house system related to treatments received from different customers, carrying out treatments assigned by the manager and ensuring compliance with the information contained in our management system or in treaties. You will also be responsible for validating claims assignments at the time of claim, and for electronic file processing and data analysis.

Main responsibilities

Administration of automated processing

Analyze results of electronically transmitted files

• Analyze the identification of identical insured files ("partial match")
• Identify and track new product codes ("mapping")
• Identify and track underwriting files

Data production and validation

• Validate data integrity
• Issue and process incoming changes in compliance with established procedures
• Prepare and analyze risk distribution
• Self-approval of new business and changes up to $100K
• Initial verification of claims and follow-up of awaiting premium files

Case and premium analysis 

• Verify and validate discrepancies between premiums received and premiums receivable at the time of claims validation.
• Verify and validate data received with system-generated premiums, at time of issues and changes

Customer service

• Provide support to internal and external customers as required
• Communicate with customers in the event of discrepancies, and follow up with them as necessary
• Analyze and prepare draft communications
   

Experience / Training

• DEC in administration, finance/accounting/insurance option
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience in insurance/reinsurance an asset
